RP(k) Founder & Owner
Sharon Williams
Paraplanner
Sharon Williams is a graduate of Haverford College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Economics. Sharon began her career in financial services with Vanguard and shortly after, worked on budget and vendor management at Future Standard. Sharon holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses through LPL Financial and is securities licensed through FINRA in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At Fortune Financial Planning, Sharon works as a Paraplanner tailoring the client experience, making sure that clients feel supported in their portfolios and have an easy point of contact for their needs.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Sharon enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and watching Philadelphia sports. Otherwise, Sharon can be found traveling, spending time with her nieces and nephews, or reading poetry and historical fiction novels.
Walter Eife
Financial Advisor
Walter Eife, AIF®, QPFC®, focuses on retirement planning and investment management, with a particular focus in 401(k) plans for individuals and businesses.
Walt has built a career spanning more than 25 years in financial services. He began at Legg Mason in 1996 and moved to Commerce Capital Markets in 2002. He worked as a Financial Advisor serving Camden and Gloucester Counties before his promotion to Regional Vice President for the southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. markets, overseeing $1.2 billion in assets and 25 advisors. In 2006, Walt founded Waypoint Financial Partners LLC, an ING Financial Partners affiliate, where he helped corporations and individuals with retirement planning and managed six other affiliated advisors. The business merged with McLaughlin Asset Management, Inc. in 2011 to serve and expand their 401(k) client base. Walt's commitment to helping employers navigate retirement plan responsibilities led to the launch of Retirement Plan (k)onsultant (RPk) in 2020. As President and Chief Retirement Officer, Walt created RPk to provide businesses with focused, straightforward, and supportive retirement plan management.
Walt completed ROTC at McDaniel College and graduated the United States Army Airborne School, before serving in the United States Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. He brings leadership, discipline, and a client-first mindset to every relationship he serves.
