His journey began at Legg Mason in 1996, later advancing to Regional Vice President at Commerce Capital Markets, overseeing $1.2 billion in assets and 25 advisors across multiple regions.
In 2006, Walt founded Waypoint Financial Partners LLC, an ING Financial Partners affiliate, emphasizing corporate and individual retirement plans. His venture into McLaughlin Asset Management in 2011 marked a significant expansion of his expertise in 401(k) plans.
